    A fine Junmai-shu sake which takes its name from the Jitsuraku region in Japan, which is in turn famous for its Yamada Nishiki rice. As such, this sake has a special taste which differs from other ordinary sakes.

    Brewed from 100% Yamada Nishiki rice known as the "King of brewer's rice" and Miya Spring Water from Rokko Mountains. Nada Kimoto, ultra premium sake is brewed using the age-old Kimoto brewing method to draw out the rice, natural flavors of the rice.

    Nada Kimoto won the GRAND GOLD AWARD of Monde Selection in 2012.

    The rice is Yamada Nishiki, premium brewer's rice grown in Hyogo Prefecture, finally polished down to 45% of its original size. The water is Miya Spring Water from the Rokko Mountains. The tradintional Kimoto brewing method draws out the natural full-bodied flavors of the rice leaving a distinghuished fruity aroma and refreshing aftertaste.

    Minume won the GRAND GOLD AWARD of Monde Selection in 2012.

  • Deluxe Sawanotsuru Sakes



    This is our most popular selling sake range and is Sawanotsuru's perfect all round sake. A quality Honjozo-shu sake with a dry, light and fragrant flavour. It uses a combination of Yamada Nishiki & Gohyaku Mangoku sake rice.

    The Deluxe sake range is a particularly enjoyable sake and has a wide range of serving temperatures. It can be either drank chilled as an aperitif, at room temperature (15°C) with the main course, or even served hot (45°C-50°C) with a finishing desert.

    Changing the temperature of the Sake will interestingly change its taste and flavour; when chilled it is light & refreshing, when warmed, rich & smooth and when served hot, earthly and intense. It is perfect with any types of foods, e.g. sushi, tempura, teriyaki or even yakitori.
