100 Kikisake-shi

Using Yamada Nishiki, the king of sake rice from Banshu and Miyamizu, natural water from the Rokko mountain which has been selected as one of the top 100 famous waters in Japan, this sake is brewed using the most traditional method of sake brewing, known as Kimoto. This is a masterpiece that over 100 kikisake-shi (sake sommeliers) at Sawanotsuru proudly present.

It has the fresh and fruity aroma of Namazake (unpasteurized sake) and the unique fine and rich flavor of Yamada Nishiki rice.
